This Spiced Strawberry Ice Cream?is my absolute FAVOURITE recipe in the Vitamix Recipe Center. It is super quick and easy and absolutely DELICIOUS. This scrumptious blend strikes a fabulous balance between sweet and spicy and is hard to quit eating! I fell in love with this recipe after filming the Vitamix Recipe Video.
This video shows just how easy it is to make this yummy treat in seconds by throwing everything into your Vitamix. The original recipe used granulated sugar and dairy milk. I use soy milk or almond milk and blend the milk with 1/4 cup pitted dates until well blended. I then add in the strawberries and jalapeno. This is my perfect blend. But you might like to use coconut sugar or any other sweetener of your choice. You can also use any milk too.?
I honestly can't do this ice cream justice except to say, "It is a stunner, a winner, and not to be missed!" ENJOY :)
