We might have a reunion on December so I really need to lose weight. I don't like to look bloated so I need to start a good diet soon.
I have been following my workout routine schedule and all I just need is to eat the right food and lose weight the healthy way, without jeopardizing the right energy I need for my full-time and part-time work.I know my metabolism is in the right level now. I just need to focus on eating the right food. I have 2 months to keep my mind focus on this.
