Up to $80,000 package (temporary to permanent will also be considered)

An experienced Human Resources Generalist is required to join this growing organisation who provide goods and services to the mining industry.? This is a standalone role working closely with the Senior Management Team to implement Human Resources across the business.

To be considered for this role you will need to have exemplary experience in the following areas:? A strong knowledge and understanding of Industrial Relations and Award Categories, be able to implement and utilise a full recruitment and induction process, review the training and development of the business and conduct a training needs analysis, assist with the delivery of training to the business, introduce a performance management system, design and implement a rewards and recognition program, provide advice and support to line managers and manage all HR transactional functions including payroll, filing and contracts of employment.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate knowledge in all the above.
